Top Ten Tuesday #25
Happy Tuesday, book nerds!
Y’all this is my 25th Top Ten Tuesday post!!! I know that’s like a drop in the well to some of y’all, but that’s pretty significant for my page!Full disclosure: I DIDN’T look back on how many times I diverted from the weekly prompt to do my own thing, but I imagine it’s a lot. Especially because I’m doing it AGAIN this week! 😉 I feel like we’ve been doing A LOT of series I DNF/books I didn’t like/series I don’t plan to continue recently so, in order to spare you from repeats and rereads, I did something COMPLETELY different.
(P.S. I’m aware there’s too many words in full caps there. I simply don’t care.)
Because it’s PRIDE month for this week’s TOP TEN TUESDAY hosted by Jana at ThatArtsyReaderGirlI decided to devote my Top Ten Tuesday to what I hope will be aesthetically pleasing: MY TOP TEN PRIDE STACKS!!!
Stacks of books from every color of the rainbow with diverse reads that represent the LGBTQ+ community! Heads up, not every book featured in the stacks will represent this community, but all of the featured books do! I hope you enjoy and without further ado I present you with the PRIDE STACKS!
1) PINK – featured read: Queens of Geek by Jen Wilde
2) RED – featured read: Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
3) ORANGE – featured read: Far From You by Tess Sharpe
4) YELLOW – featured read: Carry On by Rainbow Rowell
5) GREEN – featured read: The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
6) BLUE – featured read: They Both Die At The End by Adam Silvera
7) INDIGO – featured read: Autoboyography by Christina Lauren
8) VIOLET – featured read: And I Darken by Kiersten White
9) WHITE – featured read: This trio of beauties.
10) The RAINBOW STACK
So I definitely went out on a limb this week and I hope y’all enjoyed it! Let me know if you’ve read any of the featured reads or if any other favorites popped up throughout the stacks! Are any of these books new to you? Let me know below!
And, as always: Happy Reading!

Oh that’s good to hear! I’ve heard some mixed reviews recently, but happy to know you loved it! Was the blue stack your favorite then?

It’s good, but if I had to pick, I’d go Orange. Ready Player One and Illuminae are big-time favs!

I was happy to see I actually owned a handful of orange titles! It’s not something you see that often! Thanks for the feedback!

AHHH…your photographs are so beautiful. I think the yellow one might be my favorite, but it’s hard to pick. I love that you took the theme to a whole new creative level.

Thank you so much! You’re too sweet to say that! Yellow is one of my favorite colors! I did all yellow photos in a previous TTT topic awhile back. Thanks so much for your kind words and for stopping by!

I actually adored the Simon movie too and I was super nervous about it given how great the book was! Thanks for dropping by and for the love!

Me too! Usually movie adaptations disappoint me but I left happy haha! For sure, you’re welcome!!

Right?? This is one of the only ones in recent memory I remember being like “and that’s how it’s done.” Except for the leah twist. I didn’t like the movie’s spin on that, but everything else was golden!

I love this post and your pictures are absolutely gorgeous!!! Pink and Purple are definitely my favorites, but they’re all really pretty. I might have to steal this idea for a freebie TTT later on. =)

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this post!! So good! ♥ I really want to read Far From You ASAP, but I’ve read and adored most of the featured books you picked. Aesthetically speaking, I’m living for that green stack, but I don’t know if I could pick a favorite of the featured books – probably either Nevernight or The Raven Boys.

Awww <3! You're so nice to say all that, Destiny!! I sincerely appreciate all the feedback because photography is definitely a skill I don't feel I possess so I'm loving everyone's opinions on what does/doesn't work! Let me know if you get to Far From You, I'd love to know what you think. And I really need to get to TRB asap. I've been dragging on that series for years!!

Thank you, Kathy! Some of them didn’t turn out like I was expecting, but I think it accomplished what I was going for. I’m actually doing a Nevernight reread/buddy read with J.W. Martin starting next week if you want to join our Kristoff party! lol
